You are right, but the joy of memes and gifs is that you can take them out of context. I'd say everyone is still aiming to wish each other well with it.

Tbh, in my (Minnesotan) house, that's a 7-layer salad. So it's not like it's healthy. But it is something cold and fresh-tasting, versus canned, roasted, drowned in butter. I love things drowned in butter, but without balance it's a recipe to feel like crap later.
