The funny part is, ‘transaction’ hasn’t left their relationship just yet. After mastermind Stolas is under the influence that the reason Blitzø’s reaction towards him has changed is because he saved his life. And that Blitzø feels indebted to Stolas.

Their original relationship wasn’t just sex for a book. It was an exchange of intimacy for brief companionship. It fulfilled both of their wants, till those wants exceeded this system they had.

What he doesn’t know is that, this transaction they have goes deeper than just for the book, it’s something Blitzø craves deeply and getting rid of the book would mean, Blitzø no longer have any excuse to hide behind

Then came a point where Stolas realises he has feelings for Blitzø and is willing to the risk of destroying the only companionship he has to express those feelings and be fair to Blitzø

As the episodes progress, we see that Stolas finds excuses to spend time with Blitzø away from the sexual duty every full moon. Showing that Stolas craves companionship, and Blitzø is the closest thing he has to that in life, and so he clings on to it

Now Stolas has been shown as someone who’s depressed. And has been living the same life that’s been written out for him. Everyday feels the same to him, the only thing that’s kept him going is his daughter, who he desperately wishes to give a normal happy childhood.

And to keep it that way, Blitzø internalised the belief that Stolas only wants him to fulfil his freaky fantasy of being fucked by someone inferior to him.

This internal belief is a reflection of how he thinks of himself, someone so low he could never get anything more than that in life

This situation was ideal for Blitzø, who keeps people at arms length and pushes them away if they get close. That’s why Blitzø felt tied up to Stolas, he couldn’t leave, because leaving meant loosing the only form of intimacy he has in his life.

The second difference to note, is the presence of the twins’ mom. I think it’s quite interesting how she was present in the advert, we get a better look at her face as well. And On the top left it says ‘Tilla’, considering how the twin’s names are also mentioned, could it be her name is aswell?

While watching the pilot I noticed that circus advertisement of Blitzø and Barbie was looking quite different and after comparing it with the one in the show there are quite a lot of differences!
