Hydreigon! #pokemon #fanart
A digital illustration of the Pokémon Hydreigon. Done in a style inspired by the icons that depict monsters in the Monster Hunter series. Uses simple shapes and colors with negative space to depict the dark/dragon type. The main head looks forward with a sinister grin while the other two look downward. Its six wings grant it flight. I've mostly spent the last few months exploring digital illustration than my usual polymer clay, but I'm hoping to find a nice balance between the two this year.
A digital illustration of the Pokemon Volcarona. Uses negative space and simple geometry to create depth and effects a digital redraw of the infamous scene of King Ramses II from Courage the Cowardly Dog. Uses various brush types in krita to create variation in texture between the king's cloths, the sky and the dirt. An old pair of korok earrings made from polymer clay. Made as a personalized commission for a friend. A digital illustration of Amaterasu from the game Okami. Uses the geometric style I developed as inspiration from the monster hunter series (same as the volcarona in this same post). Uses negative space and simple geometry to suggest dynamic posing and depth
