Since I only sustain myself with negative energy, the orb has almost your entire structure and signature. So I could easily just reform you from it.

But I might hold onto you for a while as is. :P

I'm gliding on the updrafts and staying afloat as I enjoy my time.
After maybe a few hours I land somewhere and spit out the Colored Orb that is your "remains" which is pretty much just your physical matter converted into energy and the orb is just the excess that I can't do anything with.

I then fly off with you into the air.
Assuming you don't fly without wings and are land bound, You are therefor trapped with me as I drag you up into the clouds.
Then I just start eating you head first, as Im flying, and then as my belly rounds out and fills.

OH boy ok let see.
So I would be in my western dragon self.
I would be flying around, as a dragon would, and I would see you on the ground just doing your thing.
Seeing as you're basically a giant serpent creature, it would be easy to down, so I swoop down and grab you from behind

Tbh i do wanna work with you more! But for questions, how ya feel about dragons :P (pred only if you feel like doodlin but tbh im just curious)
