Just mailed out 20 Holiday cards for TX, NV, OR, AZ and many for CA, now I have to write out the ones for IL, LA, GA, FL, SC, DC and family and friends here in VA, plus a handful to deliver in person this week.
Those who know my cards know this is way more than picking a funny card and signing name

The other 3 photos from last night at Botanical Gardens, 1st one I said looked like an entrance to a nightclub, then a fun menagerie around a watering hole, and some reflective lake views in 3rd. I think I will remember last night forever and may have started a tradition

I am addressing my "Famous" cards tonight (the ones I have to actually mail) I gave 25 addressed, then I have 16 family ones and 14 I'm waiting for I do confirm from last year. And there are 14 more to give on person

Sure I may have seen or get to see some of my favorites this holiday season, but I really love when I get to give them all my "famous" holiday cards... Though they are just like my other cards, if you know, you know lol.

But I had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at my best friend's house with her kids, grandmother and lifelong best friend who I got right back into pop culture discussions lol

... I tell that all because today I am having Thanksgiving with her and her kids, first time seeing them in person (they are an hour away) in 5 years.

...we got along very well not long after that. Just two years before she got engaged again and I moved out to an apartment. Years after she told the one that suggested the idea that I was the best roommate she could have ever had. She is raising 2 preteens solo, and is one of only 3 that ever call..

22 years ago .. I was finally moving out, and found the least likely roommate. I had been a friend to numerous strippers for maybe a year, and the closest of those as suggested me to another I did not know as well. She was skeptical but needed a roommate after a breakup....

Farewell to my dear Blondie after over 10 years .. I grew up scared of dogs, I did have a dog "Brownie" (hence Blondies name) for 13 years during my childhood but circumstances were different. She was my first dog that lived in the house and we got her when my Dad moved in after my Mom's passing.

I am finally trying to contact the Vet to do the necessary thing, but the local one only has "tentative" times today or tomorrow and I have to wait 15 min to call an emergency vet 25 min away.
It is hard enough to make the call but it's dragging out 😞

For those that know me l I am becoming increasingly worried that "Blondie" does not have much longer... A while back she hurt a back leg, she had gotten better despite not being able to get up on her own, but now the amount of time she can stay on her feet has dwindled, and her tumor has grown

Just watched one of my favorite reactors react to my favorite movie "Sing Street" ... I have always wanted to show it to someone new, closest was some new friends in Vegas a few years back, especially love to share it with someone special one day

Well I have a Super Rare Saturday and Sunday Off with nothing to do .... And then I have Wed-Friday off as well !
However less than 20 days until I see a Cirque Holiday show with the kind of beauty next to me even acrobats could get distracted.. but I hope they dont lol

I rarely post political on here, but I just want to say , I grew up with a very conservative father who listened to Rush, much to my mom and my own annoyance. But before he passed, I'm glad he had common sense and hated any unneeded aggression towards marginalized people whoever they are

My spooky season dates are going to be very different but equally exciting.... Now if only I could turn Into a minotaur or gargoyle (the fictional kind) for date #1.... Oh shoot and she might see this 😂☺️

Gahhhhh! It's days like these I wish FB was locked on my phone, what's worse than the blindness is how there are people that have called themselves "sisters" for decades That are on opposite sides. I am glad my dad never has to see what "his party" has become.

After I finish working 8 days straight, have Monday Off, then work 2 days, I will then have Thu-Sat off, I would love to make some kind of plans for the weekend but nothing on horizon so far

I also tried a first today..... Clean it out people lol ,it was a mango matcha drink of some sorts, it was not great, but I kept drinking it lol, I put my taste buds in the hands of someone I trust implicitly lol

I am so tired tonight after hardly any sleep, but boy, did I have a wonderful afternoon, there is just something about when a bond with someone just gets better every year. For a Brief window l, I feel like I can face anything 😁
