Make sure to set some time aside to tend to yourself in whatever way is important to you. Self care isn't optional -- if you neglect it, you end up doing After Care anyway. And self care is easier.

Trying to set up an algorithm here, and jeez I wish there was a generic setting that turned off ALL political posts.

Not knocking anybody who wants to see that, but I'm not interested in seeing that at all.

Do I need another social media network? No.

But will I follow cool friends that I still want to interact with no matter what? Yes.
