I'm using my rollator for the first time this Thanksgiving, I’m nervous. I know I need it to sit n rest when my RA pain flares up, but the thought of ppl judging me is hard. Trying to remind myself that taking care of my body matters more than their opinions. One step at a time, right? 🖤 #RAWarrior
