I got off FB/IG and that’s helped a lot. I also barely ever watch the actual “news” on tv and I only allow TikTok and Bluesky as my source of news. But I’m still struggling. Everyday things seem worse. And it’s only been a week and a half 😢

They are building a new one in my plaza where my gym is and everyday I drive past it I throw my banana peel on their brand new property lol Fu*k them!
