I'm not an avid SF3 fan so I'm not exactly sure where these frames are from beyond part of a "getting hit / recovering from a hit" animation but shoutouts to the frames of Hugo where it looks like he's about to puke and the one where he's got a cartoon smear frame-ass looking head

I'm not sure if I'd consider it the absolute scariest I've dealt with, but I instantly remembered Crocomire getting one of the most brutal deaths I've ever seen in a Nintendo game giving me the absolute shivers as a kid when I saw it online.
