What the fuck is this all about??? I didn’t even know about this until now. Shouldn’t there be some major outrage about this statement??? He is laying the groundwork for some serious repression of free speech by law enforcement and/or the military, perhaps both.

I fucking hate it when people in the media start trying to predict the outcome of midterms and 2028. At this point, I question whether those elections will actually ever take place. That is where we are and people need to start acting like it.

Something I heard on a podcast this weekend. Rumor is, that in the next month or so, It will be announced that we are going to start withdrawing American forces from Europe. The word is, that this will be a permanent withdrawal. 80 years of deterrence flushed down the toilet.

Yes, it would be reassuring to see Democrats push back hard on this. So far, I am feeling like the response is less than adequate.
Elon Musk is not a Federal employee or a political appointee. DOGE is not a real department. None of their activities are legal. This is a coup. The Republicans in Congress are willing participants in it. At what point do Democrats in DC get that and start acting like it? It’s not the price of eggs!
