Rogue Trader is largely considered an abandoned version of the setting (though they do sell a hardcover re-release of the book in my local store). Chaos Orks have disappeared from the rules for a long time, but are still referenced in fluff as extremely rare. I think these NurgleBoyz are 4th ed.
