Full bucket of hazelnuts from a few months ago, turned into just over 300 grams of pure delight! (8 mins. at 180°C, turned halfway through)

Result after about 6 days of fermenting. These turned out yummy, with a good snappy bite!

Had prunes (Opal) left over, so doing an experiment (big jar):
prunes (Opal), a handful of walnuts, a few slices of grapefruit + lemon, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 vanilla pod, 2 tbs cane sugar, 1 tbs palm sugar, topped off with 80% Stroh Rum (about 50cl).
Small jars are the prune remainder turned to jam.

Had prunes (Opal) left over, so doing an experiment (big jar):
