this isn’t revolutionary or anything, this is what journaling is supposed to be, but for some reason I never approached it from the angle of “I’m going to write down every single thing that’s pissing me off”. I always just talked about the big things. It’s nice to just speed-write all my grievances

the energy they bother to spend on small grievances is truly inspiring. and they never get tired. if they don’t have an opinion on something’s it’s probably because they haven’t tried it yet. but somehow even then they have an opinion on it
