My overarching question today is how do we decrease human information stimulus while increasing signal quality.

Imagine AI is with you all the time in some highly integrated generalist way: what kind of conversation, what kind of relationship will make us happier humans?

I know what's happening with coding, video, image gen, etc etc, but I'm not up to speed with good AI for design...

Any suggestions? Especially show it what I've got (pixels, not vector files) and have it suggest things. Ideally free, or pay per use.

It let's you turn simple prompts into slightly more imaginative and sophisticated ones, then you can run them across different models simultaneously.
