They are in fact milkweed beetles, and are harmless. If you raise or have monarch butterflies, too many beetles can crowd them out, otherwise nothing to worry about

Healthcare where I’m at is monopolized by 2 major religious backed companies so I wouldn’t be surprised if they had tech staff work on MyChart integration specifically. I can imagine small or independent firms just being left to rot by MyChart though.

MyChart has actually been a great tool for me with adhd, it’s extremely helpful for refilling meds and scheduling appointments, seeing bills etc that I routinely forgot about before.
