If he’s a creep, he’s not entitled to severance. if he had behavior that justified kicking him out, he wouldn’t get severance. So why require nda? If anything, I suspect goose mgmt (lol) is so embarrassed of how they handled this that they’d like to keep that quiet, even if it buys Jeff more bongos
