Yep. It is very specific and depends on quality and how many frames though. I'll probably charge lesser as I want more examples of comms I've made with animation. But lowest I'd do is probably like $7 per frame. (Really low assuming it's 2 characters, full render, full body stuff.)

Cartoony with minimal shading and simple background = $8 per character

Detailed semi anime style with background = $24 per character.
