In follow up to my last post, we were texting with #instacart for 2 hours. They answered 6 questions and were zero help. We had to call the store to get a refund. They did offer an insulting $5 credit. Very done with using them.

@instacartgroceries.bsky.social I've been on the "help" chat for half an hour about our delivery driver being on the side of the road with a flat tire. Why is this taking half an hour? According to the driver, he was on for 45 min before that, trying to get help.
