It takes like 30 seconds to get to the part where it's really bad. This pretty much only happens after a bunch of caffeine while I'm not well hydrated. Food may also play a role. The worst it gets otherwise is barely even noticable to me, let alone visible to anyone else. Hope it's nothing serious!
