Rodger's Briefcase! It's covered in stickers, which was a job done by both Toodles and Glisten. The idea was from Toodles, of course. An annotation mentions that the briefcase is filled with important files alongside some drawings from Toodles.

A profile of Rodger from Dandy's World. The text says the following: He/Him, 35 years old, Bisexual + Demi, Autistic (What a surprise.) While he may look serious, this guy is nothing but silly. He loves to talk to other toons, especially if it's to solve a mystery or two! His detective habits do come at a price though, with some of his cases causing a lot of harm to himself or others. Unintentionally, of course. Being a father figure to Toodles has also kept his hands quite full, but he wouldn't have it any other way.
