By the way, I will be back to regular streaming very soon, 2 or 3 days max. I've finally gotten all my tech issues out of the way, and all that's left is actually going live. I thought about doing Routine, but after playing the game for an hour, I wanted to savor the atmosphere without distractions.

Wish there was a cheap alternative to setting up a second PC for keeping optimal frames during streaming and recording. The performance loss is incredible.
I would love to live stream to a discord chat while streaming, but in my experience, I end up running out of VRAM and rendering breaks in obs.

I'm gonna have to just rip the band-aid off at some point and come back and just get into it. Either that, or just give up entirely. I'm not doing myself any favors being so apprehensive about it for so long

I don't really care for the discover tab, but the following tab pisses me off, too, because it sorts by age of comment always. Which is fine sometimes, but most of the time, it's 48 reposts by 3 really desperate artists trying to get people to look at their posts. Really just need a "highlights" tab

If anyone can tell help me get two different keyboards working independently with a single computer, I'd appreciate it. I want to take notes on games I'm playing while never having to tab out of the program I'm using. Apparently, my options are a VM, a shitload of macros, or another computer.

i think its pretty cool that a group of people who absolutely do not give a shit about games or expressing yourself through an art medium can climb up on their little soap box of fake moral superiority, pressure payment companies to fuck over small creators, and act like that was some huge victory.

I had a similar idea with Stardew Valley, where each player plays through a year, and the goal is nebulous, but probably something like getting all 4 candles and some amount of money or something.
Maybe adding new mods every new person? I don't know. It sounds fun to play, but boring to watch.

Thinking about a group pokemon game idea where someone starts a "nuzlocke" of sorts, and then after a set amount of time or after a gym victory, you pass that save file to another person who has to continue where you left off, but with one new stipulation added.

Alright, I think I have every game I can think of mapped into Launchbox now, besides all my steam games, which I'm not doing. It auto-added all my installed games anyway, so that's fun.
I am very close to starting streaming back fully. That process took a lot longer than I thought it would, whoops!
