Porch kitty has returned 😺 I have dubbed it Spooks for the season and that it tends to startle me, basically appearing out of nowhere lol. Apparently it's here to stay as it was caught marking the side of the house.

The next task is to untangle these separate string of heart vines to then hang up on a taller trellis. I swear, these vines grew an inch a day. I got this plant way back in April, but now they are longer than my arm.

Look at this 😍 Who leaves this at a takeout place? I looked up to ask if this belonged to somebody, but the place emptied out. I'll see if anyone asks for it the next time I stop by.

I'm glad these lil guys plucked their heads out before the lawn guy came to mow. They didn't look like ordinary weeds, so I pulled them out to pot grow. This is an older pic of them as they are much taller now. But it just dawned on me why I have sunflowers growing out of nowhere 😅🌱

Updated indoor bog pics. I've always wanted a little clump of pitcher plants. Oh and the distressed, dried out vft I basically got for free since it was going to be trashed (center) has made a near complete recovery and is regrowing its traps 🌱🪴☺️

Like, look at this popcorn bucket, lol. I'm totally not going to use it for popcorn, but it's gonna look pretty on my garden shelf. It's kinda small for popcorn anyway.

To the bottom would be best as vfts can suffer from root rot if the soil is too wet. You can always add more but taking it away can be messier. I have sundew as well and it's doing great!

Both, actually! Their soil must stay moist, and sitting in a little dish in water makes gives them the humid conditions they prefer, and it keeps them bottom watered. It can be a really small dish like this one:

Wow, and I thought philodendrons and rex begonias had beautiful leaves, but this camouflage homalomena takes the cake😍 I got it from publix bc it looked sooo sad/droopy that every leaf touched the floor.
Perfectly healthy, btw! It was just root bound and needed a larger pot. Totally worth buying!🌱🪴🥰
