Okay, it was incredible. A truly intelligent way to make animation, with subtle cinematographic language (seriously, some shots could be analyzed for hours). We needed it. Also, I wonder if KoG was inspired by Gunnm (by Yukito Kishiro) cause it's very similar (and I love it !)

Actually ☝️🤓 there's a simple explanation (I'm French btw). It's from a misinterpretation of the frankish appellation "Cawa sorix", which means "owl-mouse", that turned into "Calva sorix". Calva meaning "bald", that's why we say now "chauve souris".
