Great Thanksgiving with family today.
Deep fried bird #2 came out even better today than 2 weeks ago. A little smaller bird, but did a better job maintaining fryer temperature. Turned out great, approved by all.

Finally starting the real offseason work on the car. Time to get these stripped and shipped out for a rebuild. They’ve probably been on the car almost 2x longer than they should have between rebuilds…

I’m one week out from the final event of the year. Sitting 2nd in points, but only by 5. I still have a chance to win it.
I will say, this year has been very difficult to stay consistently at the top. I’ve missed the podium only once in the 20 races completed this year. No DNFs or penalties either.

It was a gradual escalation in violence the longer I drove; not like I hit a pot hole. 50 mph is the worst.
