@glennkirschner.bsky.social since a lawsuit against Dominion has already cleared Dominion of all wrongdoing would a group of people committed to using it to subvert the election be able to be charged in court for it or even have a trial brought against them?

@legaleagle.tv if a group of people looking to use Dominion voting machines to rig the election were to purchase Dominion and use it to commit voter fraud, would that same case be able to be brought before the courts a second time or do the rules of double jeopardy apply?
