Perhaps balance comfort of kindness & the clarity of purpose, ~20-80%. It does not take much to establish a personal touch, but it does take major focus to establish clarity of purpose. As you note- these works of art involve considerable costs, time, & effort: Thus I say clarity 1st, & touch 2nd:)
