Good morning Dr. Patch, while 316L resists H₂ embrittlement, our production string uses premium metal-metal seal connections to minimize H₂ leakage. Simulations show these need higher yield strength than 316L provides, so we are evaluating CRA alloys with superior strength and H₂ compatibility.
