25 yrs ago a kg of roasted coffee beans cost approx £7.50 wholesale. Allowing for an 8 and half gram throw that's 117 cups of #coffee. Lets call it 105 after allowing for some waste. A £2.50 a cup that's £262.50. That's why coffee shops starting springing up everywhere. Now they're closing in droves

The huge East Terrace at the Valley, home of Charlton Athletic. It was closed to spectators in the early 80's by the GLC due to safety concerns. Is was the largest open terrace in England.
