The woman is Julie and her Designs By Jules brand strives to be zero-waste and work only from recycled materials, and the garments for men, women and children often feature unique mashups of fabrics and styles, like the denim and white lace skirt featured in the foreground, and a bright patchwork dress on a mannequin at the far right. A sign on the tent above the woman says #DowntownNewWest, and these same type of tents are being used to shelter this stall and the other vendors every Saturday the rest of summer at New Westminster’s Hyack Square Market Days.
