I didn’t love the logo design for skylight.social so here’s another. It keeps the purple gradient, but mirrors the direction of blue sky. It focuses on the light in ‘skylight’ and references its video format.
On the right are the existing skylight and blue sky logos. On the right is a simple and detailed redesign with white lines meeting a a point near center, the spreading out towards bottom right. One version references the holes seen in physical film on the thin lines closest to the to the edge.
