Tasting night in my craft beer and brewing class, the stout my class brewed up against 4 commercial stouts and we'll rate them 1 to 5, the class stout this time is particularly good.

Couple Monday beers at Underdog. Sierra Nevada Celebration is an expected banger. Track/Other Half Cosmo is grand

New in Aldi. There is a decent beer here but it needs to be 1 or 1.5% stronger

Spoons has a cask ale festival on at the moment in Dublin. This is a Titanic Cherry Porter, pretty good cherry flavour and loads of hop bitterness to cut through.

I teach an adult eduction class in the basics of brewing, tasting beer and other general beerology. One of my students from a last class won a good medal for one of his beers and gifted me one to drink.

Black IPA a special style to me as I also won a medal for one before, so now it's doubly so

I love these Historical recipe beers, loads of Brown Malt, bitterness to cut through the malt and just a delicious beer.

When Whiplash do dark beers they do them properly

Will be giving this a go myself I hope
