Today we served the #UniversityOfArizona a cease & desist letter as they are in violation of the Clery Act. The University never disclosed the surveillance of students, faculty & staff through the usage of 50+ Flock Safety ALPR's.

The Clery Act mandates transparency, something the University lacks.

George W. Bush, Ronald Regan, Dwight D. Eisenhower and Franklin D. Roosevelt were all cheerleaders once.

A study of ALPRs in Piedmont, CA, found that less than 0.3% of ALPR hits might translate into a useful investigative lead. Most license plates recorded were not on a hot list, yet police still logged information on people's movements throughout the day.
