The nicest one is tough buuut it might be my Gith Monk Calli'tao. She is just absolutely fascinated by Faerun and is an eternal optimist.
Meanest is easily my Durge Jan'Dax. Only reason she even became a 'hero', so to speak, is because Orin broke her brain. She's still kinda cruel though. #Tavqotd
