It's too late for platitudes. Charlie Kirk practically begged for someone to come after him with his hateful rhetoric, misogyny, gun-loving views, and dismissal of the violence, political or not, that millions of people experience in this country every year because of guns.

He's a hate-mongering gun-loving misogynist who practically begged someone to do this to him. How desperately sad it is that this is my reaction, but this is what he's wrought.

Sadly, those who are opposed to Charlie Kirk's patriarchal vitriol, misogyny, support for gun violence, and dismissal of the children lost to guns have reached peak anger, and he is paying for all he's done. Thoughts and prayers are too much for him.

I just got my rescue dog’s dna report about his age and he’s 13 yrs 9 mos and among all the other horrible things I’ve heard these past few weeks this is the true heartbreaker. I’ve never loved a dog this much. This is us the day I brought him home.

My most recent read. I read it 32 years ago and reread for a book group. Reading a book about time travel again 32 years after you’ve read it is a weirdly meta experience. I liked it better the first time. I recommend Time and Again by Jack Finney for a gorgeous time travel story. #whatimreading
