Well, they have to take that stance. If an org takes the stance that "lol, I love dead Nazis," before they can challenge the existing government, they're going to get broken up and destroyed. If you want the UT specific CPUSA statement, here's what we put out.

I know exactly what you're talking about. The BBB infrastructure bill is not socialism. It's giving money to smaller municipalities that will turn around and hire private contractors to build infrastructure. There's no provision in the BBB to activate a government owned construction company.

Here, we see the liberals' defense mechanism in action. When criticized, they will invariably resort to condescension and invalidation. This emotional shortcut has resulted in alienation from their base, and distance from potential allies. Tragically common in the wild.
