Titled 'At the crossroads of racial equity', I will offer some considerations for possible responses at this moment. I will also invite collective reflections on the opportunities and challenges of the different types of responses.

The current climate is one of a pushback against equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives. Here in the UK, an explicit focus on racial equity appears to be dwindling despite public commitments following the global hashtag#BlackLivesMatter movement and COVID-19 pandemic.
