Nier: Automata finally finished! All three main playthroughs completed. Such a good game on the action front, great story on the philosophical meanings on what does it mean to be alive, motivation, life and death. Music is absolutely top tier btw.

Dragon Quest 1 + 2, having played through the first six FFs it was nice to see what each series brought in their initial entries. DQ1 very standard save the realm like DnD plot. DQ2 was so good as a direct sequel that I absolutely adored. Refined and expanded a lot of things from the first game. #DQ

Control, a dark and kinda spooky 3rd person shooter where you're investigating this extradimensional invasion at the Federal Bureau of Control. Same universe as Alan Wake if that peaks anyone's interest. I'll need to play through Alan Wake as well at some point. #Control

We Love Katamari Reroll+ Royal Reverie, my first game in this weird and fun series about rolling things up into giant Katamaris. To this day there's still nothing else like it. I'll have to play the new game that came out this year at some point. #Katamari

Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 1, a nostalgic refresher in the Naruto games. Just a fun arena fighter that was optimized in the later games in the franchise, but there's something charming about being able to roam around the Leaf Village that isn't there in later games. #Naruto

Coffee Talk 1, a chill little visual novel game where you play as the barista at your own coffee shop and listen to your customers and serve them coffee/tea. Very wholesome, I'll have to play through 2 and the upcoming Tokyo sequel at some point. #CoffeeTalk

FF6 is peak in story, music, and general gameplay for classic final fantasy. Only thing is I loved FF5's job system and would have preferred that but I understand using specific jobs for character identify. #FFVI

Due to the announcement for Hyperfunk, I had to go back and finish Bomb Rush Cyberfunk and mannn, this game just hits every vibe that Jet Set put out, from great soundtrack to level design.

FFV done! The job system’s top tier, being able to use skills/traits from jobs you’ve mastered made battle a lot more enjoyable. From dual-casting on a Summoner to Samurai’s Zeninage being straight up busted. Story-wise it was good and the longest game so far. #FFV

Man, Silksong is so good. Getting the Twisted Child Ending was intense but a fun fight. Onto Act 3.

FF4 completed! If you've played through post-Endwalker content in XIV, the story's somewhat familiar. The story was alright overall - would be rated higher if it was still the '90s. My biggest gripe is the constant swapping of party members. If FF2 was annoying in that aspect then FF4 is far worse.

Man, I love TimeSplitters
FF3 done! A replay of the first classic FF game I ever played. While the story isn’t as dark or emotionally gripping as FF2’s, the way the world opens up is fantastic. Being able to swap jobs on the fly and have them independent of EXP level is a much better system than in the previous games.
