Needs someone savvy enough to run a couple of new wires from near the wiper motor back to the switch without charging the moon to do it..Sounds very much like an issue in a bundle of wires somewhere that needs to be bypassed..

Don't know the answer to that one..They all buy it in from outside processors and don't have their own dedicated suppliers I should think..

I too have been on a train in the rain this morning..a seat by the sea and now *sat by the fire at home face*..

The cabinet might be worth more than you think..seen a few which were pine which added a few shillings and even if not,I've seen a few sanded down and tarted up and they looked the dog's..
