... and I think Labour will have issues adopting it as a result. However, imo, it is a better way of raising tax than we currently have because it spreads out the responsibility. 19% tax would be a relief for a lot of people and 21% tax would scarcely be felt by those already paying 20%. (2/2)

Not only am I outraged that they're considering it on behalf of a private lobby but wouldn't for trans people but I've got complaints in regarding this as I assume have many others & it just feels like another case of 'pick on the 'poor' to benefit the 'rich'' like their recent welfare debacle.
