Thrilled to share our new study showing that lipids drive immune dysfunction in ovarian cancer — and that blocking lipid uptake through SR-B1 can prevent it! @lydialynch.bsky.social @tcddublin.bsky.social
Researchers led by Ludwig Princeton’s @lydialynch.bsky.social report that certain fats in ascites fluid—which accumulates as ovarian cancer spreads from the ovaries into the abdomen—sabotage anti-tumor immune responses and show how this effect might be blocked for immunotherapy. bit.ly/4jGuUtU
