Thanks for policing my very first post on Bluesky! My comment came from a place of empathy; I was diagnosed as an adult and have met so many people who struggle with executive function issues and the self-recrimination that goes with them. Maybe let the original poster shut me down if she wants to.

Ah. I find body doubling (co-working along with another person) and using accountability partners helps, but the struggle is definitely real, even with meds.

Have you considered that you might have ADHD?
