Adaptive reuse work underway at the long vacant Telegraph Exchange Building that was built in 1911. Located in SLC’s popular 9th & 9th neighborhood, the building will contain 6 new residential units surrounded by 17 new townhomes.

Shades Brewing has opened a new brewpub on the 300 W bicycle path near 1400 S. Lots of beers on tap. If you like sour beers, they have a big selection. There’s food, cocktails, and NA drinks too. Easily accessible by bike! 🚲

The Fleet Block demolition is in progress across from the 9-line. New streets will create four smaller blocks, new park space and mixed-use buildings will be built. One of many projects underway in SLC’s Granary District.
