Wonderful night in London’s Arendelle at the Grand Theatre’s opening of FROZEN with the fabulous Kelly Holiff and Chariz Faulmino, directed by Rachel Peake, music direction by Alexandra Kane, choreographed by Ainsley Hillyard. Runs till Jan 4 & well worth the time!

Just have to let it go that both Grand Theatre & Theatre Aquarius are opening FROZEN tonight. I’m in London for Rachel Peake directing Kelly Holiff & Chariz Faulmino as Elsa & Anna, but also looking forward to Hamilton next with Jeremy Webb directing Kaleigh Gorka & Jessica Gallant. Break legs all!

Wonderful news that the Fleck Dance Theatre has been saved from permanent closure by the Toronto Stage Company which has signed a 10-year lease to ensure it remains a performing arts venue. Yay!!

Updated: Sadly power has not come back at Tweed and Company Theatre, so i will have to miss this one. But got a picture with the cast of the Rocky Horror I’ll never see.

Arrived at Tweed & Company Theatre for 7pm Rocky Horror Show, to no electricity in the building or surrounding area. Power supposed to be restored at 7pm, in which case show will begin at 8:30pm. Wish them luck!!

Really ended that NYC trip on a double-high, with a return to my favourite new musical of the last couple years MAYBE HAPPY ENDING, and the best production of CHESS I’ve ever seen. But pretty darned happy to be back in Canada.
