Micheal Martin, Irish PM, is supposedly being hosted at the WH on Wednesday. This is part of the Irish government’s St Patrick’s Day global diplomacy effort.
Hopefully Vance won’t be there but I’m still worried about an ambush!!!

One of the interesting lessons from the last 6 weeks is how worthless your Constitution is if nobody is prepared to take risks defending it. The Legislature has been sidelined and Judiciary ignored, checks and balances gone out the window like a puff of smoke.
That Constitution will never come back.

To outside observers like Europe, it’s astonishing how rapidly the US Constitution was dismantled and how the Democrats failed to lift a finger in its defense!
