During perverted alley the dancer lies on back on stage and spreads her legs yo the audience. At this point I should add by law in canada there is a gap between the stage and chairs to keep a safe distance so no one actually can touch the dancer.

Then you add planned construction into the mix. Golf courses are static system. Roads abd traffic conditions are dynamic and always change, sometimes week to week. Dates often gets pushed back a week or two because there's always something coming up.

Oh no the form thing was always gonna be an issue but it was exasperated by Edm population boom over the last couple of years. There was too many people with new addresses that weren't registered in time for the election

I think thay explained the delays a lot. A massive amount of newcomers plus people who simply moved about the city (myself included) occurred since the last election, plus the postal strike, led to a perfect storm of large numbers of forms to be filled on election
