It was the stuff of nightmares truth be told. A fishing expedition in my spinal canal that went on for close to 90 minutes before the attending physician gave up.
If anyone ever tells you that you need a myelogram tell them in no uncertain terms you want general anesthesia or it’s a no go.

Nurse was kind enough to provide Proof of Punctures with purple marker art (and smears) by Surgeon. 🤣🤣
Turns out L3 was much worse than K4 so I’ve been blessed with four holes instead of just two.

Delicata squash with olive oil, salt, pepper. Cooked for approx 8 minutes per side at 375 degrees then add grape tomatoes soaked in oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil. Broil until tomatoes wilt.
The skin of the squash is so nutty & wonderful.
The kitchen calls to me again & I am so fucking grateful.
