I suspect #ElonMusk will lose his battle with #DonaldTrump. Contrary to popular belief, #ElonMusk is not very bright. He's not an idiot, but he is politically extremely naive. And there are people in Trump's organization who will ensure that #DonaldTrump prevails.

Under #DonaldTrump, the #US is fast becoming a banana republic - but with no bananas. There's no need for travel bans. No-one wants to go there anyway.

Why is #DonaldTrump calling the alleged persecution of white South Africans a genocide? Could it be something to do with the fact that #ElonMusk is a white South African and/or because it was South Africa that took #Israel to court for genocide? If so, I find his accusation somewhat hypocritical!

There appears to be no significant difference between the idiots complaining about the #UK/EU agreement announced yesterday and the idiots who voted for #DonaldTrump in November 2024. In both cases, they have been taken in by snake oil salesmen.

The collapse of the #US economy is now well underway. The combination of higher prices and shortages will devastate states right across the country - particularly red states. I suspect we will see rioting everywhere. And who is responsible for this - #DonaldTrump and the Republican party.

Still a long way to go regarding UK/EU relations, but yesterday's reset was a start - following a lost decade. #Brexit was a total disaster for all of us.

The cost of servicing US debt has crossed the line. The Fed will have to print money to service this debt. They will have no choice. This will collapse the US dollar and cause inflation. The days when children had a higher standard of living than their parents is history.
