Indeed. People may not hold themselves in high enough esteem to accurately place blame on those they feel are superior because of their wealth. So they make themselves feel better by blaming those they can feel superior to.

They are told who to be mad at by those they should be mad at.

I'm now using Bookings too. Game changer for one-on-one meetings but doesn't do group meetings as far as I know. I'm hoping Bookings will get popular enough that people will FINALLY keep their Outlook calendars updated so we can all schedule in peace!
