Thanks Aodhán , I’ve learnt over the years that even a “bad” run is a good run. It’s a privilege to be able to do it and plus this is my running buddy , Rua.. which always makes it extra special.

I’ve spent today’s social media time just looking over posts here … it’s a far nicer place , hope it stays like this and gets more traction. Bailey thinks so too 😉
