I'm not sure how a majority of our representatives making a decision (who their leader is) is somehow undemocratic. It doesn't matter if some of them have a red flag and some have an orange flag

well, you did say it in the context of a problem with moving to a small town. But maybe I misinterpreted. Actually I think stereotyping (small towns) might be a more accurate term. And that's not to say you are wrong either :-)

and not neglect the ones currently working. It's very demotivating for a nurse with 20 years experience to see a new nurse get a collection of incentives that they can't get.
